Artur The Invincible
Hovhannes Tumanyan’s “The Invincible Rooster” is eight-year-old Artur’s favorite fairy tale. He can recite it from start to finish, but has difficulty speaking. Artur Gyureghyan was born with two birth defects: facial and oral malformations known as cleft palate and cleft lip.
Mrs. Roza’s New Year Wish
Across the hallways of Noyemberyan Hospital, 84-year-old Roza Bayramyan is frantically asking staff members, “Have you seen my daughter?” She’s been looking for Zarouhie Koftekian, a registered nurse from Glendale Adventist Medical Center (GAMC).
